Ingredients
- •1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- •1 scoop (about 30g) protein powder, any flavor
- •3/4 cup milk of choice
- •1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- •1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- •1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- •Toppings: berries, sliced banana, or peanut butter
Instructions
- 1.Add the oats, protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla to a jar or container.
- 2.Stir well, making sure there are no dry pockets of protein powder at the bottom.
- 3.Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- 4.Stir again before eating — add a splash more milk if it's thicker than you like.
- 5.Top with fruit or nut butter right before serving.
Tip
Stir hard and stir twice — once right after mixing and once the next morning. Protein powder settles and clumps at the bottom of the jar if you skip the second stir.
