Ingredients
- •1 scoop (about 30g) orange or citrus-flavored protein powder
- •1 cup orange juice
- •1 cup Greek yogurt
- •1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango or peach chunks
Instructions
- 1.Add the orange juice and protein powder to a blender and blend until fully dissolved.
- 2.Add the Greek yogurt and fruit, and blend again until smooth.
- 3.Pour into a popsicle mold, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- 4.Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, until completely solid.
- 5.Run the mold briefly under warm water to release the popsicles before eating.
Tip
Blend the protein powder into the juice before adding the yogurt and fruit — mixing it into the thinnest liquid first is what keeps it from clumping once the mixture gets thicker.
