Ingredients
- •1 cup oat flour (or old-fashioned oats blended into flour)
- •1 scoop (about 30g) chocolate peanut butter protein powder
- •1/4 cup peanut butter
- •2-3 tbsp milk of choice
- •2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, whisk the oat flour and protein powder together to break up any clumps.
- 2.Add the peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of milk, and mix until a thick dough forms, adding more milk a teaspoon at a time if it's too dry.
- 3.Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 4.Roll into 14 small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
- 5.Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up before eating.
Tip
Oat flour is safe to eat raw where regular wheat flour isn't — heat-treated oats carry much lower risk, which is what makes this dough actually edible without baking it.
