Ingredients

  • 8 sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop (about 30g) cookies and cream protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar-free sweetener

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter, then press into the bottom of 4 small cups or jars to form a crust.
  2. 2.In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. 3.Add the protein powder, Greek yogurt, and honey, and beat again until fully combined and creamy.
  4. 4.Spoon or pipe the filling over the crusts in each cup.
  5. 5.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating, until set and chilled through.

Tip

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature before mixing — cold cream cheese is what causes lumpy filling no matter how long you beat it.
