Ingredients
- •2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- •1 scoop (about 30g) unflavored or vanilla protein powder
- •2 tbsp honey
- •1/2 cup mixed berries, sliced
- •2 tbsp granola or crushed nuts
Instructions
- 1.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey together until completely smooth.
- 3.Spread the mixture evenly onto the parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 4.Scatter the berries and granola over the top, pressing gently so they stick.
- 5.Freeze for at least 3 hours, until solid.
- 6.Break into pieces and store in the freezer in an airtight container or bag.
Tip
Spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick — thicker spots take much longer to freeze solid and stay chewy instead of snapping cleanly like bark.
