Electrolyte Popsicles
An electrolyte drink mix frozen into popsicles — slower to get down than a full glass, which makes them a good option after a hot workout when chugging fluids doesn't sound appealing.

Ingredients
- •2 packets electrolyte drink mix, any flavor
- •3 cups water
- •1/2 cup fresh fruit, diced (optional, for texture and flavor)
Instructions
- 1.Stir the electrolyte drink mix into the water until fully dissolved.
- 2.If using, divide the diced fruit evenly among the popsicle mold cavities.
- 3.Pour the electrolyte mixture into the mold, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- 4.Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, until completely solid.
- 5.Run the mold briefly under warm water to release the popsicles before eating.
Tip
Adding a bit of diced fruit to the mold before pouring in the liquid keeps it suspended throughout the popsicle instead of all sinking to the bottom.
